Non-Resident Library Card Fee

The Plano Public Library system has changed it’s policy for library cards. If you don’t live in the city of Plano or a city with a reciprocal lending agreement (Allen, Frisco, Garland, McKinney, Richardson, The Colony, and Wylie) there will be a $50 annual fee for a library card. This change was made due to budget constraints. The library no longer receives funding from the State, Collin and Denton counties. The entire cost will come from the City of Plano.
